Returns & Exchanges

At OpéraSPORT, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if your item isn't quite right, you can return or exchange it within 14 days of delivery. All returned items must be in their original condition, unworn, and with all brand tags still attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging and include the printed return slip inside the box to ensure faster processing.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
